What`s your favorite metallic finish? For me l, these days, it`s gotta be Dark Sherwood Green.
I am very excited to announce the arrival of our very own custom bass straps!
When I moved to WNC, my aim was to work closely with my community and these straps are one illustration of that aim. I teamed up with local business owners Doug and Emma of @newfoundartisan, purveyors of handcrafted goods, supplies, and workwear.
The result is a small batch of heavy-weight, full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather bass straps. These are meant to last a lifetime and they will wear and patina beautifully with use. This is solid leather! No seams, fillers, laminates… just good quality hide!
They are available in two color variations: Saddle Brown main with a Chestnut Tail or Chesnut Main with a Saddle Brown tail.
They measure 3.5″ wide and have an adjustable length of approximately 43″-53″ measured hole-to-hole. Each strap will fit snugly over a Dunlop-sized strap button and can accommodate straplock mechanisms as well!
Here`s a bit of the demo I put together for the new @osirisphilters PHILter. @thekingseye says this is "the missing piece" and I think that says it all!
Thanks to @nocosd for the loan!

Throwback to some Painter`s Tape Blues.
Been livin` in Armitage-land for a while now. Got rid of the 3/4" roundover in favor of the 3/8". Digging the slabbier look.
I dig this pallette.
The Sacramento Configurator is HERE!
Many of you have been asking when this model is coming back, and the answer is... Today!
The Solid-body and Chambered-body versions have been divided into two separate configurators. Also note the following changes:
1. All Sacramento basses will now only be offered in 32" medium scale, the optimal scale for this bass IMHO.
2. All Solid-body Sacramento basses will have roundovers on both sides, no binding.
3. All Chambered-body Sacs will have a double-bound body!
As usual I can be flexible with pickups and finish colors within reason.
Thanks!
