THE LUCITE LINCOLNS ARE BACK!
I have collaborated again with Chicago-based small business, Petersen Brothers Plastics to create these truly unique basses. Petersen Bros. has done a ridiculous job here… these things look like GLASS.
This time around the Lucite Lincoln is 32″ scale. This bass is paired up with a Maple neck and Ebony fingerboard. I stuck with the tried-and-true dual Serek Single setup that features a 4-way rotary switch to select between either pickup solo, or both in either parallel or series.
The tone on these is really unique. They still have the same punch and growl, but the mids are scooped ever so slightly and the lows are more compressed which gives these basses insane focus and sustain, and dare I say, a very glassy tone!
