I haven`t been around these parts much lately because I`ve been so busy getting the bass barn back to reality. Everyday I`m getting a little closer to working on some Made in WNC basses! Barn updates to follow this week.
The last 3 months or so have been an absolutely wild ride and, despite the turbulence, a lot of good has come of it. I am so looking forward to getting back to doing what I do best.

LONG POST ALERT: I don`t necessarily have all the words put together for this news, so off with the band-aid: I am moving! DON`T WORRY SEREK BASSES IS COMING WITH ME.
After spending essentially my whole life in Chicago, it is time for a new adventure. My wife and I are huge nature-lovers and have been craving a different environment for quite some time. We have settled on Brevard, North Carolina just outside of Asheville. In the 2nd picture you will see the building that will eventually be my new shop.
There is too much to be thankful for and too many people to thank for making Serek Basses what it has become. Chicago has been good to us too, but I am just fricken` pumped for the next chapter of creativity and adventure.
NOTE: All current orders should be moving forward in the time-frame intended, and I am keeping the order books open. That said, expect a little bit of downtime (hopefully just August/September) so please be patient with me during this transition.
I also want to direct your attention to @atticuslazenby and @lockhorn_inst who have both given so much to Serek Basses, and are now continuing on with their own endeavors. Watch out! I have some competition in these fools...
