Here is a one-of-a-kind SHORT SCALE Armitage! This is not something we normally do, but I’ve always been curious about having another bolt-neck short scale in our line up, besides the Grand basses. This Armitage is slab cut, with a 3/8″ roundover; it has an arm cut but no belly cut. The body is Mahogany dressed in Dark Sherwood Green Metallic lacquer with a matching headstock on the Maple neck with an Indian Rosewood fingerboard.
The bass is loaded with a Guild BiSonic and totally stomps! More short scale Armitage basses please, and thank you!
“The Serek Armitage is my take on the tried-and-true P bass. With a quarter-sawn maple neck and Hipshot USA hardware this bass is ready for anything you throw at it. The body contours and slim neck profile with a 1 5/8” nut width make this bass play itself. Imagine all the benefits of a P bass without all the clumsiness and clunk and you have the Armitage.”
