Since I have become well-acquainted with Alembic pickups and filters in our Metropolis basses, I have wanted to try them out in a Lincoln. Here is the result of that experiment!
This bass features a Roasted Ash body with beautiful grain. It has a Maple neck and Ebony fingerboard. A single Alembic pickup is placed in the P-bass position. It is controlled by a master volume, and Alembic Activator filter, and a 3-position gain switch (0db/6db/9db). The bass is a little on the heavy side, but the resulting tone is massive with a very defined low-end fundamental and damn-near infinite sustain. This bass would love to play some metal!

“The Lincoln began as a collaboration between Serek Basses and Chicago Music Exchange’s Bassment. Inspired by some of our favorite old-school designs, the Lincoln will feel right at home in your arsenal. A bolt-on maple neck is paired up with a single pickup in the P position for supreme obliteration. The Lincoln has a slim, lightweight, contoured body that belies its immense, cosmic tone. With the Lincoln, you’ll be able to go all night long.”
