Custom Orders: Basses are built in the order in which deposits are received. You only need to pay the 40% deposit at this time. When the bass is finished, we will request the balance.

Once a deposit is paid, there can be NO CHANGES made to your order. Deposits are refundable for the first 14 days, minus 3% transaction fees. After 14 days, a 10% fee will be assessed to any refunds.

Pre-Built Basses: New instruments purchased directly from our web store can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Pickups & Accessories: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus original shipping charges and transaction fees (3%). Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
